Cuddle

This started as another work doodle that I wanted to clean up and hopefully animate. I haven't done any animating in a while tho and even though I only want to do some really simple stuff, I do want to do it in color and I know I can't do that how I want it in Pencil, so does anyone have any program recommendations? :<
